We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. Of course that can happen.
Returns
We certainly hope that you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have fourteen days from the date you receive your order to return the product.
Please note that we only accept returns if they are in packaging and not damaged. A photo of the package and the products must be sent by email for assessment.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt and inspection.
